Elementos Brazil, the underwear and swimwear brand inspired by Brazilian fashion and style, introduces its new collection celebrating the sexiest beach in the world, Brazil’s Ipanema Beach.  Emphasizing this season’s theme, “New Yorkers meet Cariocas”, the collection caters to the sophisticated man who cares about his looks, health and professional life .

Made from breathable, body-conforming fabric, Elementos Brazil swimwear features an exclusive ‘wide side’ cut that is authentic to Brazil.

“Many Americans are surprised to learn that the real Brazilian cut features a wide side,” explains designer Anderson Prata.   “Women in Brazil may prefer the string bikini, but Brazilian men wear a square cut that fits the body perfectly and reveals the contour of their strong thighs.”

The patented wide side grips of Elementos Brazil bikini holds it tight onto the body from the sides, complimenting the man’s front and allowing for the desired comfort.  The grips also provide a more clean and masculine looks.

The predominant color in the new swim collection is aqua green, inspired by the iridescent splendor of the ocean at Ipanema Beach.  Says Prata, “Brazilians have a strong bond with the ocean.  We respect it for its massiveness and magnificence along with its gentleness.”

The briefs in this season’s collection, constructed with fiber of bamboo, feature Brazilian settle tattoo prints.

“The underwear is inspired by Brazil’s Carioca lifestyle,” continues Prata.   Carioca refers to the metropolitan area of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Tupi people, meaning “White Man’s House”.

“The tattoos on the pieces were worn by the warring tribes of the region.  I love the idea that students, athletes, and even corporate executives can sport the bold symbols under their conventional clothes everyday.

The underwear and the swimwear feature a unique cut that offers a tighter grip around the body without leaving marks on the skin.  The underwear is available as trunks and low-rise in white with blue tribal or black with white.
